1. The structure of the satellite machine makes the machine more compact and flexible to use. Front and back printing can be 2+1 to 6+2 colors.
2. The precision ceramic anilox roller has uniform ink transfer and long service life. The anilox roller can be 180-500dpi, suitable for single-color or multi-color printing of various materials and various patterns.
3. Different printing cylinders can be changed easily according to the length of the label. The high accurate cylinders make good printing quality, uniform color and no ink breakage.
4. The machine is equipped with two drying systems, ironing plate and hot air, which can ensure that the ink on the front and back sides are fully cured during the high-speed printing.
5. Equipped with two winding and unwinding mechanisms, multiple ribbons can be printed at the same time, which is more efficient.
6. The machine will stop when the tape is out, and the unwinding tension control can make the printing operation more stable.View product

By calculating this travel time, the sensor determines the precise absolute position of the floatโand therefore the exact height and volume of the fuel.

High Reliability: Since the measurement mechanism involves no mechanical friction or wear and tear, it ensures long-term accurate performance.

Working Mechanism
1. Electrical Activation
An electrical current (AC or DC) passes through the wire coil.
The current generates a concentrated electromagnetic field inside the coil.
2. Magnetic Force and Movement
The magnetic field pulls the metal plunger toward the center of the coil.
This movement overcomes the tension of the return spring.
3. Opening or Closing Flow
Normally Closed (NC): Without power, the spring pushes the plunger down to block the orifice. When powered, the magnetic field pulls the plunger up to open the flow path.
